About

Holistic Healing has been a passion of mine for the past twenty years. During that time, I have studied herbs and seen their healing benefits first hand, through my own family, and working at health food stores. Witnessing others on their physical, mental and spiritual paths is an honor. I am grateful and thrilled to continue enhancing my own understanding of herbs, and other healing modalities, through my daily interactions at Four Winds. I intend to enroll in the Prairie Star Herbalist Program, fulfilling my desire to attain a deeper wisdom of plant theory and application.

 

During my free time, I love reading, outdoor recreation, and enjoying the company of friends and family.
